read a chapter for a class then write a paper on it
come up with topic for an "oral interpretation" speech
work
do laundry
clean my rooms (school and home)
call the dentist
I'm sure there's more, but that is all I can think of for now...

Sounds like enough to me. If I were making that list, I would have cut it off after like the third thing. I don't do long lists, they make me feel overwhelmed.
